1. Good programming background with C++/COM/Open GL
2. Should be good at analytical skills and aptitude for geometry
3. Experience of working on any CAD/geometry kernels
4. Experience in developing core geometry algorithms from scratch
5. Candidates should have good problem solving abilities and communication skills
