- Preferred specializations are Sales & Marketing, Strategy, General Management
- Work Experience: 0-2 years (including pre-MBA experience)
- Date of Joining: July 2022

Online Quiz Round:
- All the registered candidates will undertake a sales quiz
- This is an elimination round
Business Simulation Game Round:
- In the business simulation round, the shortlisted candidates will be placed in a simulated business environment wherein they will have to devise strategies and demonstrate business shrewdness
- The challenge needs to be completed in one sitting, i.e., as soon as you start it, you’ll have to finish the task before the time runs out
- This is an elimination round
- Detailed guidelines for this round will be shared with the candidates over email
Video Submission Round:
- The candidates will have to submit a 3-minute video explaining the strategy used in the business simulation round Submission Format: MP4
- The candidates are requested to upload their videos a few hours before the deadline to avoid high traffic closer to the deadline
- This is an elimination round
Interview Round:Â Shortlisted candidates from the video submission round will be interviewed by Lenovo’s interview panel for the open position.
Competition Structure:
- Shortlisted candidates will be offered a full-time opportunity with Lenovo India
- Annual compensation offered is INR 20 Lakhs + INR 4 Lakhs Bonus
