- BE/ B.Tech (except Civil and Mechanical) or BCA/ B.Sc in any streams, 2025 pass-outs only.
- Experience: 0 – 1 years of relevant experience in the specific areas of Technology.
- Candidate should be flexible to work in Shifts & Rotational Shifts
- Candidate must be willing to work from office
- Should have a minimum 65% score in 10th & 12th & Graduation
- The designated base location for this role will be Bangalore. However, candidates should be willing to relocate to client sites across India, subject to business requirements.
- Candidate must be willing to work from office/designated client location 5 days a week

Job Description:
Able to complete training programs specific to the respective area of specialization (End-user/ Database/ Network/ Windows/ Linux/ Cyber Security Administration)
- Provide L1 level monitoring support and assistance in the administration of End-user/databases/networks/Windows/Linux/Storage/Cyber Security/cloud systems
- Monitor and respond to alerts and incidents according to defined procedures
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, software updates, and patch installations
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system performance and security
- Document and maintain accurate records of system configurations and changes
- Follow established operational processes and contribute to their improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices relevant to the specific area of specialization
- Communicate effectively with team members and escalate issues when necessary
- Adhere to security protocols and compliance requirements
- Support senior administrators in project implementation and other related tasks
- Ensure customer satisfaction
