Eligibility Criteria for Aditya Birla Recruitment 2023:

Candidate should be full-time Diploma in Mechanical/ Metallurgy/ Tool & Die making with 0 – 2 years of experience in Fundamentals of the Die Manufacturing Process.

Job Description:

The candidate should have knowledge of Extrusion Production and Quality Systems, Extrusion Die shop, CNC, VMC.
Must have good Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the workforce.
Should have working knowledge of manufacturing production and quality systems.
Should be very good in teamwork, Service Orientation & customer focus to implement and effectively develop within predefined parameters like timeline, production targets etc.
