Eligibility Criteria for Astral Adhesive Recruitment 2025:
- Freshers only
- Willingness to work in shift operations and factory environment
- Eagerness to learn and follow SOPs and safety protocols
- Locate candidate of nearby district of Kanpur city will be preferred.
Job Description Positions:
- Apprentice Quality Assurance (QA):
Qualification: Diploma in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
Role: Assist in product quality testing, documentation, and process checks under senior QA officers. - Apprentice Machine Operator:
Qualification: ITI Fitter/ ITI Machinist/ Diploma in Mechanical
Role: Operate production machinery, ensure smooth machine functionality, and support maintenance. - Apprentice Chemical Engineer:
Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Role: Assist in chemical processing, production monitoring, and batch preparations under supervision.
