Eligibility Criteria for Bajaj Auto Apprenticeship 2025:
- Candidates must be Diploma or ITI pass-outs from the batches of 2025, 2024, or 2023.
- Eligible branches: Mechanical and allied streams, Electrical and allied streams.
- Candidates should not have registered under NATS/ NAPS previously.
- Age criteria: between 18 to 25 years.
- Candidates should not be enrolled in higher education programs (e.g., B.Tech/ BE).
- Candidates must be willing to work on the production line (requests for Quality roles cannot be accommodated).
- No active backlogs will be permitted.
- Minimum height requirement: Male – 157 cm; Female – 152 cm.
- Minimum weight requirement: Male – 45 kg; Female – 40 kg.
- At the time of reporting, candidates must wear closed footwear to access the plant premises. Safety shoes will be provided post-selection.
- Candidates must carry the following documents: CV, 10th certificate, 12th certificate (if applicable), all semester marksheets of Diploma/ITI, Diploma/ITI passing certificate, Aadhaar card, PAN card, and 2–3 passport-size photographs.
Job Description:
A trainee working in Production plays a key role in assembling vehicles on the line by following well-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role offers hands-on exposure to advanced manufacturing processes and demands precision, attention to detail, and consistency. Trainees develop strong problem-solving skills, discipline, and the ability to work with focus in a dynamic shop-floor environment, while contributing directly to meeting production targets and upholding the highest quality standards.

- Help in the production process, making sure that machines and equipment run smoothly and efficiently
