Eligibility Criteria for BEL Kotdwara Recruitment 2026:
Trainee Engineer-I:
- BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engineering degree (4 year course) in relevant discipline with PASS Class
- Experience: No Experience Required
Note: Candidates whose discipline/ Specialization mentioned in their relevant Degree Certificates do not tally with the discipline prescribed will not be considered
Trainee Officer-I:
- MBA in Finance with Pass Class
- Experience: No Experience Required
Age Limit:
- Maximum Age for UR/EWS: 28 years as on 01-01-2026
- Age Relaxation for OBC: 3 years (Maximum age 31 years)
- Age Relaxation for SC/ST: 5 years (Maximum age 33 years)
- Age Relaxation for PwBD: 10 years relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above (for candidates having 40% disability or more)

Selection Process for BEL Kotdwara Recruitment 2026:
- Selection will be conducted through Pre-registered WALK-IN SELECTION
- Online Link for Pre-Registration for attending Walk-in Selections will be available from
01.01.2026 to 15.01.2026. The Candidates who have NOT registered online will not be allowed
to appear for the Walk-In Selections. - Interested candidates must pre-register for the Walk-in selection through the link by
15.01.2026 23:00 PM. Candidates who do not register, will not be allowed to participate in
the Selection Process. - he candidates meeting the qualifying criteria and whose online applications have been
accepted will be provisionally shortlisted for the Written Test on 25.01.2026 (Sunday). - Selection will be through written test only
- The assessment weightage will be 100% for written test
- Selection process will be through written test of 100 marks with negative marking of ¼ marks for each wrong response
- Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- General/EWS/OBC-NCL: 35%
- SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
Application Fee:
- Candidates belonging to SC, ST & PwBD categories are exempted from payment of the application fee.
- For Others: Rs. 150 + 18% GST
Payment Mode: The application fee should be remitted through SBI Collect (through online mode)
