Pay Scale: The consolidated pay during the period of engagement will be as under:

• • 1st Year: Rs.35,000 PM
  • 2nd Year: Rs.37,500 PM
  • 3rd Year: Rs.40,000 PM
  • 4th Year: Rs.43,000 PM

Eligibility Criteria for BEML JE Recruitment 2025

Candidates must hold the following qualifications to be eligible for the respective posts:

• Junior Executive Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial Engineering (R001): BE/ B.Tech (with aggregate 60% Marks) in: Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial Engineering (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwD)
• Junior Executive Electrical Engineering (R002): BE/B.Tech (with aggregate 60% Marks) in: Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwD)
• Junior Executive Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation Engineering (R003): BE/B.Tech (with aggregate 60% Marks) in: Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (ETC)/ Instrumentation Engineering (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwD)

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 29 years
• Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India guidelines (5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and 10 years for PwD candidates).

Terms& Conditions Of Engagement:

• Service Bond: 4 years (including training)
• The locations of Job Postings would be tentative and is transferable during the 4 years of contract, subject to Company requirements.
• Based on the company’s requirements, the offer of engagement may be issued on need basis from time to time or in a phased manner.
• Besides, a lumpsum of Rs.11,000/- (annually) consisting of the Uniform stitching & Conveyance charges, Medical Insurance and Term plan will be paid.

Selection process for BEML JE Recruitment 2025:

• The first phase of the selection process will be a Written Test of 1 hour duration.
• The written test will be comprising of 50 Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) to test Technical ability.
• The Questions will carry 1 mark each and there will be no negative Marks.
• The pass marks for the written test will be fixed at 60% which will be relaxed by 5% for candidates from SC/ST/ PwD category.
• However, candidates will be shortlisted for interview on the basis of merit based on the vacancy advertised and management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates shortlisted
• The second phase of the selection process will be document verification for the shortlisted candidates.
• All the relevant and required documents as per the advertised criteria will be scrutinized during document verification stage and those candidates who are found to be meeting the advertised criteria only will be permitted for the interview. (Copy and Original documents tot be carried)
• The third phase of the selection process will be Personal Interview. Final selection will be made on the basis of performance in the Interview.
