BEML JE Recruitment 2025: Bharat Earth Movers Limited now known as BEML, is an Indian Public Sector Undertaking, with headquarters in Bengaluru. It manufactures a variety of heavy equipment, such as that used for earth moving, transport and mining.
BEML incorporated in May 1964, and commenced operations on 1 January 1965. It was wholly owned and operated by India’s Ministry of Defence until 1992, when the government divested 25% of its holdings in the company. BEML is Asia’s second-largest manufacturer of earth moving equipment, and it controls 70% of India’s market in that sector.

Experience: Freshers
Pay Scale:
- 1st Year: Rs.35,000 PM
- 2nd Year: Rs.37,500 PM
- 3rd Year: Rs.40,000 PM
- 4th Year: Rs.43,000 PM

Eligibility Criteria for BEML JE Recruitment 2025
Candidates must hold the following qualifications to be eligible for the respective posts:
- For JE (Mechanical)/(Electrical)/ (Metallurgy): A First-Class, full-time Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/ Metallurgy Engineering from a recognised University or Institution.
- For JE (IT): A First-Class, full-time Degree of engineering in Computer Science/ Information Technology from a recognized University / Institution. or First Class in Master of Computer Application from a recognized University / Institution .
- For JE ( Finance): CA-Inter / CMA-Inter / Two years full time first class MBA in finance (with Finance as core subject) from a recognized University / Institution.
- 60% is mandatory for all graduates; SC/ST/PwD relaxation: 55%
Age Limit
The upper age limit for applying for the Management Trainee position as of 26th September 2025.
- Maximum Age: 29 years
- Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India guidelines (5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and 10 years for PwD candidates).
Terms& Conditions Of Engagement:
- Service Bond: 4 years (including training)
- The locations of Job Postings would be tentative and is transferable during the 4 years of contract, subject to Company requirements.
- Based on the company’s requirements, the offer of engagement may be issued on need basis from time to time or in a phased manner.
- Besides, a lumpsum of Rs.11,000/- (annually) consisting of the Uniform stitching & Conveyance charges, Medical Insurance and Term plan will be paid.
