BEML Recruitment 2025: Bharat Earth Movers Limited now known as BEML, is an Indian Public Sector Undertaking, with headquarters in Bengaluru. It manufactures a variety of heavy equipment, such as that used for earth moving, transport and mining.
BEML incorporated in May 1964, and commenced operations on 1 January 1965. It was wholly owned and operated by India’s Ministry of Defence until 1992, when the government divested 25% of its holdings in the company. BEML is Asia’s second-largest manufacturer of earth moving equipment, and it controls 70% of India’s market in that sector.

Eligibility Criteria for BEML Recruitment 2025:
Junior Executive (Mechanical):
- BE/B.Tech (with aggregate 60% Marks) in: Mechanical / Production/ Industrial Engineering / Mechatronics/ Automobile
- Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years’ experience in relevant discipline.
Junior Executive (Electrical):
- BE/B.Tech (with aggregate 60% Marks) in: Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering (EIE)
- Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years’ experience in relevant discipline.
Junior Executive (Metallurgy):

- BE/B.Tech (with aggregate 60% Marks) in: Metallurgy / Engineering Metallurgy / Material Science & Engineering
- Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years’ experience in relevant discipline.
Junior Executive (Information Technology):
- BE/B.Tech (with aggregate 60% Marks) in: Computer Science/ Information Technology
- Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in software, hardware and networking in IT/ IT related industry.
Duration: The engagement will be on fixed tenure basis for a period of one year, extendable to maximum period of three years, which will be renewable every year based on performance
parameters, conduct and Business requirements.
Upper Age Limit: 29 Years as on 11th August 2025
Age Relaxation:
- The upper age limit indicated is relaxable as per the Govt. of India guidelines i.e., 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
- For PwD Candidates the upper age limit is relaxable by an additional 10 years over and above the relaxation admissible for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC – NCL.
- Relaxation of age limit would be permissible to candidates with minimum 40% disability
Salary for BEML Careers:

- 2nd Year: Rs. 37.500/- PM
- 3rd Year: Rs. 40,000/- PM
- 4th Year: Rs. 43,000/- PM
