Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced/ Fresher Hybrid Microcircuit Design Engineer to design, develop, and validate custom hybrid microcircuits used in high-reliability and high-performance electronic applications, By using Auto Cad Software.
- Design and develop hybrid microcircuits using thick-film/thin-film technology for analog, digital, mixed-signal, or RF applications.
- Create and review electronics schematics, layout designs, and hybrid circuit topologies.
- Prepare design documentation including circuit diagrams, bill of materials (BOM), test plans, and qualification reports.
- Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, thermal, and EMI/EMC standards as per customer or regulatory requirements.
- Conduct failure analysis, tolerance analysis, and derating assessments.
- Support prototype fabrication, assembly, and testing of hybrid microcircuits.
- Collaborate with quality and reliability teams to meet MIL-PRF, MIL-STD, or aerospace/space-grade qualification standards.
