Eligibility Criteria For Congruex Off Campus Drive 2026:
- Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech – Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering
- Passed-out year: 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025
- Skills: Must have AutoCAD knowledge/ Internship/ Certification
- Experience: Must be a Fresher (No PF account generated)
Preferred candidate for the profile:
- Multitasking with time management.
- Able to work under pressure & Handle the abnormal situation.
- Able to do work in Rotational Shifting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fresh graduates or those with less than 2 years of experience in a production environment.
Program Highlights:
1-year Apprenticeship Program with a fixed stipend of 20,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Telecom Fiber Network
- Planning, Layout and TCP using Autocad and client specific tools
- Ensure quality task as per given guidelines
- Design FTTX in G-PON Network
