- Experience: Freshers or 0 – 1 years of L&D exposure preferred
Job Description:
To support and strengthen the Learning & Development function at the Akurdi plant by coordinating technical, behavioural, statutory, and induction trainings; managing digital learning platforms; maintaining training compliance; and driving capability development initiatives across the plant.
Role & responsibilities:
A. Training Operations & Coordination
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing training programs for all plant departments.
- Manage training logistics venue setup, materials, trainer coordination, employee nominations.
- Track attendance, assessments, and feedback for all sessions.
B. Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct and coordinate plant induction programs for new employees, trainees, and apprentices.
- Ensure completion of mandatory safety, HR policies, and process orientation sessions.
C. Statutory & Compliance Training
- Maintain training records in line with ISO/ IATF, EHS, Safety, and POSH requirements.
- Prepare documentation for internal/ external audits.
D. LMS Management & Digital Learning
- Upload courses, assign learning paths, and monitor completion on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support employees with LMS queries and encourage digital learning adoption.
E. Content Creation & Facilitation
- Assist in developing training content, SOP-based learning modules, and microlearning videos.
- Co-facilitate basic soft skills and behavioural sessions as required.
F. Data Management & Reporting
- Prepare training MIS reports, dashboards, and monthly metrics for leadership review.
- Conduct training effectiveness analysis (feedback evaluation, pre/post assessment tracking).
G. Vendor & Trainer Coordination
- Coordinate with external training partners for technical/ behavioural programs.
- Assist in proposal evaluation, scheduling, and invoice processing.
H. Employee Engagement & Capability Initiatives
- Support L&D campaigns such as Learning Week, Skill Development drives, and recognition programs.
- Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives as required.
