Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate product quality activities including complaint data collection, complaint evaluation, complaint file closure and trending.
- Support regulatory compliance and optimization of quality system procedures relating to product complaint handling, adverse event reporting & product field actions.
- Track and follow-up on open issues to ensure timely closure.
- Support key QA/RA activities as assigned.
- Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

- Maintaining full Quality System Regulation (QSR) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) requirements
