Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily production operations for HT cable manufacturing.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
