Eligibility Criteria for HLL Recruitment 2026
- Assistant Manager (Production): B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Production Engineering + relevant production experience.
- Assistant Manager (Quality Clinical Lab Services): PG in Medical Laboratory Technology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology.
- Business Head: Post Graduation in Psychology/Psychiatry/MSW/MBA + 10–12 years experience.
- Manager (Government Business Division): Engineering/B.Pharm/MBA/PGDM/MSW + government business experience.
- Officer QA: Graduation in Science / Diploma in Engineering + minimum 3 years experience.
- Depot/Warehouse Officer: Degree/Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain + 3 years depot experience.
Salary Details for HLL Recruitment 2026
- Assistant Manager: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000
- Manager: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000
- Deputy GM / VP: ₹50,000 – ₹90,000
- Officer QA / Depot Officer: ₹12,000 – ₹29,500
