HPCL Recruitment 2025: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is a Navaratna and a Global Fortune 500 company, ranked at 260 with an annual Gross sales of Rs. 2,32,188 crore and Profit after Tax of Rs. 1,734 crore during FY 2013-14 and having a strong presence in Refining & Marketing in India with about 21% Marketing share and 18% Refining capacity in the PSU category in the country.
HPCL owns and operates refineries at Mumbai & Visakh and the largest Lube Refinery in the country at Mumbai for producing Lube Oil Base Stocks with a capacity of 450 TMTPA. HPCL was incorporated in 1974 after the takeover and merger of erstwhile Esso Standard and Lube India Limited by the Esso (Acquisition of Undertakings in India) Act 1974. Caltex Oil Refining (India) Ltd. (CORIL) was taken over by the Government of India in 1976 and merged with HPCL in 1978 by the CORIL-HPCL Amalgamation Order, 1978.

Eligibility Criteria for HPCL Recruitment 2025:
- Education: Candidates must possess BE/ B.Tech in the above-mentioned disciplines from a recognized University
- Civil

- Instrumentation
- Computer Science/ IT
- Candidates who completed BE/ B.Tech on or after 01-02-2021 are only eligible to apply.
- Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 18 to 25 years as on 30-05-2025.
- Age Relaxation: Age relaxation by 5 yrs. for SC/ST, 3 yrs. for OBC-NC and 10 yrs. for PwBD
Selection Procedure for HPCL Recruitment 2025:
- Candidates fulfilling all the above-mentioned eligibility criteria will be called for an Interview in order of the category-wise and stream-wise merit list as per cut-off marks decided by HPCL.
- Management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for an Interview, which will be tentatively scheduled in the month of June 2025.
- All India merit list will be drawn basis the academic results of the engineering degree and Scores in the INTERVIEW.
- Final offer for Apprenticeship Training would be subject to Medical Fitness as per HPCL standards and submission of all documents/certificates towards proof of Age, Qualifications, Caste, Medical certificate of PwBD and Medical fitness, etc., as may be applicable.
