Eligibility Criteria for India Post (IPPB) Recruitment 2025:
- Graduate in any discipline (Regular/ Distance Learning) from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body
- Selection Pool: GDS engaged with Department of Posts as on 01.08.2025
Tenure of Engagement: The tenure of engagement shall be for one (1) year, which may be reviewed for extension on year-to-year basis for another period of 02 years, subject to satisfactory performance if required, as per the Bank’s business requirements and in the exigencies of public services and the candidates shall not be eligible for regular absorption in IPPB.
Age Limit: 20 – 35 years as on 01-08-2025.

Selection Process for India Post (IPPB) Recruitment 2025:
- Selection will be made on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the graduation.
- However, the Bank reserves the right to conduct Online Test
- Results of the candidates who have qualified for various stages of the recruitment process and the list of candidates finally selected will be published on the website.
