Eligibility Criteria for Indian Army SSC Tech Women Recruitment 2026:
- Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech degree in the notified Engineering streams from recognized Universities/Institutions by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of parliament or declared to be deemed as Universities/Autonomous Universities under UGC Act 1956, IIT Act 1961, AICTE Act 1987, NITSER Act 2007 and IIIT Act 2024.
- For Final Year Students: Candidates studying in the final year of Engineering degree course are eligible to apply. They must submit proof of passing Engineering Degree Examination alongwith marksheets of all semesters/years by 01 October 2026 and produce the Engineering Degree Certificate within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training at PCTA.

- Maximum Age limit: 27 Years

Selection Process for Indian Army SSC Tech Women Recruitment 2026:

- SSB Interview (5 Days):

Stage 1: Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests & Picture Perception & Discussion Test (PPDT).
- Stage 2: Psychological Tests (TAT, WAT, SCT), Group Testing Officer (GTO) tasks, and Personal Interview. Candidates cleared in Stage 1 proceed to Stage 2; those who fail Stage 1 are sent back the same day.

Merit List: A final merit list is prepared based on SSB performance, and medically fit candidates receive joining letters for training
