Eligibility Criteria for IOCL Apprentice Notification 2025:
Graduate Apprentice:
- (BBA/ BA/ B.Com/ B.Sc) – Regular full-time Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General, EWS and OBC-NCL& 45% in case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized Institute/University.
Trade Apprentice:
- Matric with regular full time 2(Two) year ITI (relevant trade) course recognized by NCVT/SCVT

- Fitter
- Electrician
- Electronic Mechanic
- Instrument Mechanic
- Machinist
Technician Apprentice:
- 3 years regular full-time Diploma in relevant trades with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General, EWS and OBC-NCL& 45% in case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized Institute/University.

Selection process for IOCL Apprentice Notification 2025:
- Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on the merit list formed on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in the essential qualification applicable to the respective trade.
- There will be NO written test or interview. In case of two or more applicants have secured the same marks, the applicant older in age amongst them( as per DOB in Xth marksheet) shall be considered first. Candidates registered on NAPS/NATS portal, and applying against the notification shall be considered for selection.
- The shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and will have to complete Pre-engagement medical fitness tests as per medical guidelines of the Corporation for being adjudged suitable for engagement.
- Candidates are advised to ensure that they are medically fit as per Indian Oil’s pre-engagement medical standard. Candidates are advised to go through the “Guidelines and Criteria for physical Fitness for Pre-Engagement Medical Examination” before they commence the application process
