Eligibility Criteria for IOCL JE Recruitment 2025:
Qualification:
- Three (3) years diploma with not less than 65 % marks for General/EWS/OBC-NCL and 55% marks for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates, as per respective Institute/University norms obtained as Full-time Regular course from Institutions/ Colleges/ Universities/ Deemed Universities duly recognized by AICTE/ UGC/ State Boards

Age Limit: Candidates applying from General/EWS category should not be more than 26 years
Age Relaxation:
- Relaxation of upper age limit to SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD candidates shall be extended as per Govt. guidelines.
Selection Process for IOCL JE Recruitment 2025:
- Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on the merit list formed on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in the essential qualification applicable to the respective trade.
- There will be NO written test or interview. In case of two or more applicants have secured the same marks, the applicant older in age amongst them( as per DOB in Xth marksheet) shall be considered first.
- The shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and will have to complete Pre-engagement medical fitness tests as per medical guidelines of the Corporation for being adjudged suitable for engagement.
- Candidates are advised to ensure that they are medically fit as per Indian Oil’s pre-engagement medical standard. Candidates are advised to go through the “Guidelines and Criteria for physical Fitness for Pre-Engagement Medical Examination” before they commence the application process
