It was founded in 1948, and today has six manufacturing facilities which produce a range of switching, transmission, access and subscriber premises equipment.
It is headquartered at Bengaluru (Bangalore). It has six Manufacturing Units and eight Regional Offices across India. It has Multi-locational electronic assembly & mechanical manufacturing facilities accredited with ISO 9001:2015, Countrywide marketing and customer support centers and in-house R&D for absorption of technology, indigenous development of products for in-house manufacturing.

Educational Qualification:
BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc/ BCA/ B.Com/ BBA/ BBM/ BMS/ MCA/ M.Sc/ MBA/ ITI/ Diploma/ Any Degree (Refer detailed notification for individual post)
Duration: The engagement of Young Professional’s will be on contract basis for a fixed period initially for a period of 1 year, extendable on a year-to-year basis but not exceeding an additional 2 years.
Age limit: Below 30 years. as 22nd December 2025. (As Relaxations as per government norms)
Salary Details:
- Young Professional – Graduate: Rs. 60,000/- PM
- Young Professional – Technician: Rs. 35,000/- PM
- Young Professional – Operator: Rs. 30,000/- PM
