Eligibility Criteria for Jindal SAW Off Campus Drive 2025:

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical/ Metallurgy / Mineral Processing
Experience: Fresher (0 – 3 years of relevant experience)

Sound understanding of Beneficiation Plant processes and operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support and assist in day-to-day operations of the Beneficiation Plant.
Monitor and operate key process equipment such as Ball Mill, Slurry Pump, Cyclone, and other mineral processing units.
Handle shift operations and ensure smooth running of the plant.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Electrical teams for efficient operation, shutdowns, and preventive maintenance activities.
Continuously monitor process parameters and suggest process improvement ideas for better efficiency and recovery.
Ensure adherence to safe work procedures, including LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) and other safety protocols.
Conduct training and guidance sessions for plant operators to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to production, performance, and process analysis
