Eligibility Criteria for Jindal Steel Off Campus Drive 2026:
- Third year B.Tech (Batch of 2027) students from all IITs/ NITs across India.
- Eligible Disciplines: Ceramic, Design & Engineering, Electrical, Environment, Industrial, Instrumentation, Information Technology, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Metrology, Mineral, Robotics/Automation, Mechatronics, Safety & Supply Chain.
- Minimum 70% or equivalent CGPA in 10th & 12th
- Minimum 70% or equivalent CGPA with no active backlog during the campus drive
- No more than one year gap between two consecutive academic courses

Selection Process for Jindal Steel Off Campus Drive 2026?
Round 1: Technical + Aptitude Assessment
Candidates will undergo an online assessment comprising both technical and aptitude sections. The test will evaluate domain knowledge, problem-solving ability, logical reasoning, and quantitative skills.
Round 2: Psychometric Assessment
Shortlisted candidates from Round 1 will be required to take a psychometric assessment to check the candidate’s personality, cognitive abilities, and work style to determine overall role fit.
Round 3: Interview
Shortlisted candidates from Round 1 will be invited for a personal interview round with the Jindal Steel team. The interview will assess technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and cultural fit. Successful candidates will be offered internship opportunities with Jindal Steel Limited.
