Eligibility Criteria For Mahindra & Mahindra Recruitment 2026:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.
- Additional training or certifications in automotive connectivity, wireless communication, or cybersecurity is a plus
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years in automotive connectivity, telematics, or ADAS domain.
- Exposure to wireless communication technologies (LTE, DSRC, 5G) or similar protocols.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and vehicle network architectures (CAN, Ethernet).
- (Candidates with strong fundamentals and aspiration to specialize in V2X will be considered even if direct V2X experience is limited.)
Job Responsibilities:
- Support design and integration of Cellular Vehicle-to-Everything (C-V2X) systems for Mahindra’s next-gen platforms (BEV, ICE).
- Assist in implementing V2X features (hazard alerts, cooperative perception, ACC enhancements) aligned with NCAP scoring strategies.
- Collaborate with Tier 1 suppliers and SoC vendors (e.g., Qualcomm) for hardware/software integration and validation.
- Ensure compliance with global standards (ETSI ITS-G5, 3GPP Rel.16/17) and regulatory frameworks (ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE WP.29 R155/R156).
- Participate in interoperability testing, OTA update planning, and cybersecurity-by-design activities.
- Work with ADAS and infotainment teams for V2X-ADAS fusion use cases.
Key Deliverables:
- Integration support for QVX SoC-based V2X modules in vehicle architecture.
- Documentation of V2X system design, interfaces, and compliance checklists.
- Test reports for interoperability, NCAP feature validation, and functional safety alignment.
- Contribution to OTA update strategy and certificate management for V2X stack.
