Job Description:

Franchisee Business Development( Bangalore)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle franchise sales and onboarding from lead generation to agreement signing.
Make outbound calls, explain the MedPlus Franchise Model, and guide prospective partners.
Conduct presentations and meetings, resolve queries, and ensure successful closures.
Maintain accurate lead records, follow up effectively, and achieve conversion targets.
Build and sustain strong relationships with franchisees and provide regular business pipeline updates.
Must have good proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
