Job Description:
Microland Limited is looking for Engineering Trainee to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Assisting experienced employees with their daily tasks and responsibilities
- Observing and gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of the job
- Receiving feedback and guidance from supervisors and mentors
- Completing assigned projects and tasks under the supervision of experienced employees

- Demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow
Selection Procedure:
This will be completely an online assessment process. Assessment stages would include:
- Round 1 Online Aptitude Assessment Estimated Duration 30 Mins to 1 Hour
- Round 2 Core Language Assessment (British Council) – Estimated Duration – 40 mins
- Round 3 – Speaking Language Assessment (British Council) – Estimated Duration – 40 mins
- Round 4 – Tech Interview
