MIDHANI Recruitment 2026: Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI) was established in the year 1973 under Ministry of Defence as Government of India Enterprise. The production unit of MIDHANI, located at Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad, was commissioned in the year 1982.
MIDHANI has been set up with a view to achieve self-reliance in production and supply of various super alloys, special steels, materials to Defence, other Strategic Sectors for Nuclear, aeronautical and Space applications. The guiding factors for setting up of MIDHANI were the demand for Defence oriented technologies, which come under the national priorities.

Eligibility Criteria for MIDHANI Recruitment 2026:
Graduate Apprentices:
- A degree in engineering or technology granted by a recognised university in a relevant discipline.

Note: Graduate & Diploma holders in Engineering Passed outs in the years 2022/ 2023/ 2024/ 2025 are only eligible to apply
Duration of Training: The duration of Apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year as per Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973.
Age Limit:
- Age limit will be followed as per the Apprenticeship Rules
Selection process for MIDHANI Recruitment 2026:
- Selection of the candidates will be decided based on merit against reservation categories (percentage of marks obtained in the SSC & Graduation / Diploma in Engg.).
- The final selection will be subjected to verification of the certificates (Age, Qualification, Category, Aadhar) and medical fitness.
