Job Summary:
Support the Technical Support Team by collecting and assimilating data from various sales reports generated by the system and help Support team in documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recommend Correct Product Based on Application.
- Complaint Handling
- Develop and Implement Technical Training Programs
- Develop and Present Technical Seminars to various customers, Business Partners etc.
- Develop and update Application / Industry / Product Recommendation Charts (documents)
- Develop and maintain the database of all technical information wrt MOSIL product.
- Prepare and update Technical Literatures and Reference Materials.
- Prepare and update Case Studies, Mailers etc.
- Prepare and circulate Customer References
- Prepare Industry Specific, Application Specific, Product Specific Documents (Binder)
