Selection Process For NABARD Young Professional Recruitment 2026:
- Step 1: Application Screening
- Applications received from interested eligible candidates shall be placed before the Screening Committee
- Screening for interview based on matrix of identified indicators like academic performance, relevance of work experience, overall profile, statement of intent
- Step 2: Interview
- Shortlisted applications shall be placed before Young Professional Selection Committee (YPSC)
- Final selection based on combined marks in Presentation and Interview conducted by YPSC
- Interview will be conducted at respective NABARD Regional Offices of the States against which vacancies have been announced
- Medical Fitness: Final appointment subject to being declared medically fit by Medical Officer(s) appointed/approved by the Bank
- Document Verification: NABARD shall verify eligibility at stage of interview/joining
- Final Decision: Final appointment based on decision of Selection Committee constituted for the purpose.
