Eligibility Criteria for Nokia Recruitment 2025:
- Freshers Diploma graduate from 2025, 2024 and 2023 pass out students.
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering
- Min 65% of percentage in Diploma
- Candidate Need to work in Rotational Shift Timings
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly & perform efficiently
- Willingness to work in cross functions
- Preferred knowledge of electronic assembly process
Job Requirements:
- Operation and maintenance of SMT machines and equipment and perform
- Assemble the electromechanical parts as per the work instruction without any defects
- Perform the given task effectively and follow shop floor best practices
- Follow 5S & safety practices in shopfloor and maintain the area neat, clean & tidy
- Handle electronic modules carefully and preserve appropriately
- Learn and perform new stage operations to become more competent and multiskilled
- Follow I Own Quality concept to produce quality products
