Eligibility Criteria for NTT DATA Off Campus Drive 2025:

BE/ B.Tech/ Any Graduates of 2024 & 2025 Pass out
CCNA Global Certification is mandatory

Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and certified CCNA freshers to join our team at NTT DATA. This role offers a great opportunity to kickstart your career in networking and IT infrastructure, working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching).
Hands-on knowledge of Cisco devices and networking tools.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
CCNA Global Certification

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to network monitoring tools.
Basic understanding of firewalls and VPNs.
Internship or academic project experience in networking.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and other network devices.
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Provide Level 1 support for network-related issues.
Document network configurations and changes.
Collaborate with senior engineers to implement network solutions.
Maintain and update technical documentation and logs.

Compensation:

Rs. 12000/- stipend during training period.
Post Training Rs. 3.2 LPA + Incentives + Retention Bonus
Training duration 60 to 90 days

Initial Round – Online Assessment (Virtual): Candidates begin with a virtual assessment to evaluate foundational skills.
Second Round – Technical Interview: A face-to-face session focused on assessing technical competencies relevant to the role.
