Eligibility Criteria for Randstad Off Campus Drive 2026:
- BE/ B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics (EEE), Electronics & Communication (ECE), or Mechatronics from reputed Tier 1 and 2 engineering colleges
- Hands-on (academic/project) experience with Creo Cabling & Creo Schematics
- Strong fundamentals in electrical circuits, connectors, terminals, grounding, and protection
- Good exposure in AutoCAD and Sheetmetal design
- Problem-solving mindset, learning agility, and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts; discipline in documentation and version control
Responsibilities:
- Design and update wiring harness models and drawings using Creo Cabling & Schematics
- Prepare harness models, schematics, Sheetmetal and wiring groups
- Contribute to system architecture and subsystem integration
- Support new component development and process improvements
- Apply BIQ principles, follow design guides, and ISO standards • Collaborate with global teams and suppliers, communicate results clearly
- Perform basic electrical analysis and resolve design issues
