RCFL Recruitment 2025: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) a Government of India Undertaking is a leading fertilizer and chemical manufacturing company with about 80% of its equity held by the Government of India. It has two operating units, one at Trombay in Mumbai and the other at Thal, Raigad district, about 100 KM from Mumbai. Government of India has accorded “Mini-Ratna” status to RCF.

RCF is one of the earliest units set up in the country with a vision of growth in fertilizer production for food security. It manufactures Urea, Complex Fertilizers, Bio-fertilizers, Micro-nutrients, 100 per cent water soluble fertilizers, soil conditioners and a wide range of Industrial Chemicals.

Eligibility Criteria for RCFL Recruitment 2026:

Regular full time years BE/ B. Tech Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engineering/ Petrochemical/ Fire & Safety Engineering
All above qualification are to be from UGC/AICTE recognized University/ Institution Regular and full time dual/ integrated degree in Engineering are also eligible.
And One-year Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety course from UGC/AICTE/State Board of Technical Education recognised institutions. The Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety should necessarily be completed after passing above prescribed qualification
Minimum Percentage:
- The candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate in Final Year of Engineering Graduation (55% for SC/ST category candidates)
Age Limit:
- UR category is 27 years.
- For SC / ST Category – 32 years.
- For OBC(NCL) Category – 30 years
- Additional Concession for Children/ family members of the victims of 1984 riots – 5 Years
- Relaxation in age will be allowed

Selection Process for RCFL Recruitment 2026:

The selection process for the position of Management Trainees comprises of Online Test and Personal Interview

Online Test:

Eligible candidates will be required to appear for computer based online objective type test, information for which will be provided in
The online test will have two parts, Discipline related and Aptitude related.
Duration of test will be ninety (90) minutes. The total number of questions will be 100, out of which 50 questions would be from mix of course curriculum of qualifying degree /relevant qualification of relevant discipline of two marks each and 50 questions from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & General Knowledge / Awareness of one mark each.
There will be negative marking for wrong answer. The level of the domain subject will be as applicable for each post.
For the position of Management Trainees the online test will be conducted at the centre’s in the cities of Bhopal, Delhi/Delhi NCR, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Guwahati, Kolkata, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane/MMR region, Nagpur. Medium of Test will be in Rajbhasha (Hindi) and English.

Personal Interview:

Based on the performance of the candidates in the online test, candidates eligible after document verification process will be provisionally called for personal interview tentatively in the ratio of 1:7 i.e. 7 eligible candidates for 1 post.
Interview call letters in respect of such eligible & provisionally shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on RCF Ltd website and such candidates will also be intimated for the same through SMS on their mobile number and/or through email on their e-mail address as mentioned in their
online application form

Final Selection:

Separate merit list will be drawn for UR/SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates with reference to the number of available vacancies for each category.
Merit list of suitable candidates shall be prepared on the basis of performance in the online test. Skill Test will be of qualifying nature which will be conducted after online test on a suitable earliest date.
