RCFL Recruitment 2025: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) a Government of India Undertaking is a leading fertilizer and chemical manufacturing company with about 80% of its equity held by the Government of India. It has two operating units, one at Trombay in Mumbai and the other at Thal, Raigad district, about 100 KM from Mumbai. Government of India has accorded “Mini-Ratna” status to RCF.
RCF is one of the earliest units set up in the country with a vision of growth in fertilizer production for food security. It manufactures Urea, Complex Fertilizers, Bio-fertilizers, Micro-nutrients, 100 per cent water soluble fertilizers, soil conditioners and a wide range of Industrial Chemicals.

Eligibility Criteria for RCFL Recruitment 2026:
- Regular and full-time 4-year BE/ B.Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Petrochemical Engineering/ Petrochemical Technology. All above qualifications are to be from a UGC/ AICTE recognised University / Institution OR
- 3 years regular and full-time BE / B. Tech Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology/Petrochemical Engineering/Petrochemical Technology. All above qualifications are to be acquired after 3 years regular and full time Diploma in Engineering. All above qualification are to be from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution. OR
- Regular and full-time Dual / Integrated Degrees in Chemical Engineering /Chemical Technology/ Petrochemical Engineering / Petrochemical Technology are to be from UGC / AICTE approved Institution.
- Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate in Final Year of Engineering Graduation (55% for SC category candidates).
- Post Qualification Inline Experience: Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in Fertilizer industry having Ammonia or Ammonia plant(s) integrated with urea plant(s). Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of Ammonia Plant
Age Limit: 36 to 41 years as on 1st November 2025. (Age relaxation applicable)
Selection Process for RCFL Recruitment 2026:
- The selection process comprises of Personal Interview.
Personal Interview:
- All eligible candidates will be called for a Personal Interview (for Officer Category).
- Interview call letters will be sent to the eligible candidates on their registered email address only as mentioned in their online application form.
- Candidates will also be informed of the same through SMS on their mobile number as mentioned in their online application form
Final Selection:
- Candidates will be selected by way of Interview.
- Candidates have to qualify in the Personal Interview with average of 50% marks in the interview
- The documents of the candidates will be verified before appearing for Personal Interview.
- Separate merit list will be drawn for UR/SC/OBC candidates with reference to the number of available vacancies for each category.
- Merit list of suitable candidates shall be prepared on the basis of performance in the Personal Interview, with the following weightages:
