Eligibility Criteria For Reliance Industries Off Campus Drive 2026:

• Eligible Disciplines: Open to students graduating In 2027 Batch (3rd year students) – Eligible disciplines are Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Metallurgical & Fire Engineering.
• Full Time Engineering from AICTE-Approved Colleges: Pursuing full-time BE/ B.Tech from AICTE-Approved colleges.
• Minimum CGPA / Percentage: Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA across 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable) and minimum aggregate of 60% or more in engineering (upto latest semester).
• No Active Backlogs and No Cases of Detention: Students who currently have active backlogs or have experienced academic detention are not eligible.
• Gap Years: Candidates who have a gap of 3 years or more are not eligible.

Remuneration:

• For IITs: INR 40,000 Per Month
• For Non IITs: INR 30,000 Per Month

Overview: The Reliance Summer GET Internship Program aims to hand pick young, high-potential engineering talent across India and groom them through on-the-job training. The selected students will undergo an 8-week on-ground internship under the mentorship of in-house experts. There will be a final evaluation at the end of the internship program and high-performing interns may stand a chance to obtain a Pre-Placement Offer for the Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) Program.

Recruitment Process For Reliance Industries Off Campus Drive 2026:

• Screening: Registered students will be screened by the RIL Team. (19th January 2026, 09:30 AM IST–> 22nd January 2026, 11:59 PM IST)
• Regional Assessments: Shortlisted students from the screening round will undergo an assessment (Cognitive Test + Subject Matter) at regional centres on a single day, anytime in Jan/Feb.
• Interviews: Further shortlisted candidates will go through a personal interview round. The interview will be conducted between Feb – March. The exact time will be confirmed on a rolling basis. (Date to be announced.)
• Final Selection: Students will receive a final update on their candidature. In case of any further shortlisting steps, the students will be kept informed.
• On Ground 8-Week Internship: Selected students will intern across sites/business with Reliance Industries Ltd. for 8 weeks from May to July 2026, at locations across India.

I am a Master’s/Dual Degree student. Am I eligible to apply?

No. Only BE/BTech students are eligible

I have a current aggregate CGPA of 5.97 in my B.Tech, am I eligible to apply?

No. A minimum of 6 CGPA is needed

I made some mistakes in my application form. Can I edit the form after submitting?

Changes are allowed until the registration deadline. However, please fill in the details carefully and recheck the entries before final submission of the ONLINE application form.

My institute only allows for 2 weeks of internship. Can I still apply?

Please note, this process is for an 8-week internship program.
