Job Description:
- Communication during shift change over
- Should maintain 5S, safety at his workplace
- Maintaining the uptime of the machine.
- Responsible for Maintenance of testing & Inspection equipment(ICT- SPEA, SPI-Kohyoung, AXI-Viscom , OMRON and AOI-Mirtec).
- Implement systematic problem-solving techniques to address and resolve issues effectively.
- Responsible for spare parts management( Including obsolete spares )
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) to address open issues and incorporate feedback.
- Should predict the problems in the machine and take preliminary actions to avoid the breakdown (implementation of Predictive maintenance)
- Tooling Management.
- Ensure the adherence to manufacturing process compliance with legal & safety requirements, customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications and ensure the team also follows the same
- Should work in 3 shifts operation and reports to Maintenance shift Leader.
- Evaluate and integrate new automated testing tools/jig and methodologies.
- Co-ordination with Process owner for improvement activities
- Quick Adaption of Change Management.
- Create Machine FMEA and review. Change potential points into CBM.
- Knowledge transfer and Lessons Learned deployment across the team members.
- PP measure implementation for productivity and process improvements (Example: Tool life extension, Tool/Spare parts localization )
- Effective Escalation to suppliers on open points and breakdowns work towards closing them.
