RRB Group D Recruitment 2026: The Railway Recruitment Board, which is a governmental body in India responsible for recruiting Group ‘C’ staff for various positions within Indian Railways, Established under the Ministry of Railways, the RRB conducts exams for technical and non-technical, clerical, and administrative posts, ensuring a transparent and fair selection process for candidates nationwide.
The Railway Recruitment Board has announced an Employment notification for Various Posts in Level 1. There are about 22,000+ vacancies available for the RRB Group D Vacancy. Candidates with 10th/ ITI/ NAC qualifications can apply for RRB Group D Careers.

Eligibility Criteria for RRB Group D Recruitment 2026:
Level 1 (Group D) Posts:
- 10th Pass (Matriculation/SSC/SSLC) from recognized Board, OR
- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate from recognized institute, OR
- Equivalent qualification, OR
- National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT)
- Important: Candidates waiting for final results are NOT eligible to apply
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering will NOT be accepted in lieu of ITI/Course Completed Act Apprenticeship
- Minimum Age: 18 years (Born on or before 01.01.2008)
- Maximum Age: 33 years for UR & EWS (Born on or after 02.01.1993)
- Maximum Age: 36 years for OBC-NCL (Born on or after 02.01.1990)
- Maximum Age: 38 years for SC/ST (Born on or after 02.01.1988)

Selection Process for RRB Group D Recruitment 2026:
- Computer Based Test (CBT) – I
- Computer Based Test (CBT) – II
- Skill Test (If applicable for the post)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination (As per prescribed medical standard)
Application Fees:
- For all candidates: Rs. 500/- (Out of this fee of Rs.500/- an amount of Rs, 400/- shall be refunded duly deducting bank charges as applicable, on appearing in the CBT
- SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PwBD/Female/Transgender/Minorities/EBC: Rs. 250/- This fee will be refunded duly deducting bank charges as applicable, on appearing in the CBT
