- Good knowledge of CAD tools (SolidWorks/ Creo/ AutoCAD).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and technically sound Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our Production and Engineering Design & Development (R&D) teams. The selected candidates will undergo structured training to understand plant operations, product design, engineering development processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
A. Production Department
- Assist in daily production planning and execution.
- Monitor machine operations, process parameters, and product quality.
- Support supervisors in maintaining productivity, efficiency & safety standards.
- Participate in root-cause analysis (RCA) for process issues and implement corrective actions.
B. Engineering Design & Development Department
- Support in designing components, assemblies, and tooling using CAD software (SolidWorks/Creo/AutoCAD).
- Assist in prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
- Conduct engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, and drafting.
- Prepare BOMs, technical documentation, and design change records.
