Eligibility Criteria for Tata Motors Off Campus Drive 2026:
- Course Specialization: BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Electrical/ Electronics and Communication/ Electronics Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)/ Civil Engineering
- Graduating Batch: 2024 & 2025 (Only for Freshers)
- 60% and above in 10th, 12th and Engineering
- No Backlog/ No ATKT
- Maximum 2 years of educational gap is allowed.
- Candidate should not have signed Apprenticeship Contract with any other company. (NATS)
Job Description:
As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, you will work closely with experienced professionals, gain exposure to the manufacturing processes, product development, cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to the development of innovative automotive solutions.
The selected Apprentices will be allocated to different functions/ roles/ BU. Candidate will be provided with hands-on experience which will enable to become employable.
- Gather knowledge and develop skills in automobile operations comprising Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Manufacturing Planning and automotive components and aggregate development.
- Build on the Technical knowledge in the academia through exposure to industrial work.
- Improve Knowledge, Skill and Attitude by developing understanding on Manufacturing Planning Processes, Production supervision, Maintenance activity, Part procurement and Quality management systems.
- Develop understanding and implementation skills of Problem Solving.
- Exposure to cross functional working.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices through ongoing training and self-directed learning.
