Job Description:
We are looking for a Graduate Trainee to join our Operations & Maintenance team in the Water and Wastewater industry. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of RO, ETP, and MEE operations and be willing to learn and grow in a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of RO, ETP, and MEE systems
- Monitor plant parameters and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Support site engineers in data recording and troubleshooting
- Adhere to safety norms and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate with the site team for process optimization and reporting
Candidate Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of RO/ETP/MEE operations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Awareness of industrial safety practices
- Ready to join immediately or within 15 days
