Job Description:
- Assembling vehicle components such as engines, chasis, body panels. Also, involves activities of painting, movement of components and logistics
- Transporting and organizing materials or parts on the shop floor
- Troubleshoot minor assembly issues, such as misaligned components or fastening problems
- Record and document assembly line performance metrics, such as Takt time, output and efficiency
- Conduct basic visual inspections of assembled parts to identify defects or deviation from standards
- Testing and inspecting automobile products for quality control
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance of equipment used in the production process
- Collaborate with quality assurance to identify and rectify assembly defects
- Proper usage of equipment handling, safety standards, appropriate PPEs
- Operates semi-automated or automated machines under supervision
