Eligibility Criteria for V-Guard Recruitment 2025:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering (B.Tech. or Diploma)
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Excel macros or any programming software for automation is a plus.
- Basic understanding of product assembly, manufacturing and testing processes.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to feedback from leads.
- Maintain a proactive and positive attitude.
Job Description:
- Participate in conducting various tests on different types of pumps, motors and associated products.
- Study and analyse product design and construction by disassembling/assembling different products.
- Prepare technical documents and reports.
- Operate testing equipment and software for data acquisition and analysis.
- Demonstrate a proactive and Go-get attitude to efficiently complete assigned tasks using available resources.
