- Previous internship or part-time experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
Job Description:
- Shadow experienced customer service representatives to understand workflows and best practices.
- Identify the Root Cause of Escalations (Esp. MD Escalations) and by monthly present to ASM/BSM
- Apply Making Customer Smile (MCS) for all those MD Escalations and re-build confidence of the Brand
- DSC & SF Audit Check: Engineer CRM Code, Uniform, ID Card, Tool Bag, Engineer Mobile App usage
- Awareness of Competitor brand service about the Customer delight programs, Value added services (VAS) and other Good Practices
- NPS (Web) monitoring – DSCs all India
- Product Quality feedback for Manufacturing defects if any from DSC team
- AMC revenue & accessory sale through DSC Network
- Cross check DSC TCR Vs Actual Collections
- Analyze SF/Technician wise and correct the gaps with Technical or Soft skill training
