Job Description:
Your responsibilities:
- Assist in SAP implementation activities including configuration support, data migration, and user training.
- Work with SAP consultants and internal teams on modules like MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), SD (Sales & Distribution), and FICO.
- Provide technical support for IT systems including desktops, networking, and software applications.
- Help document business processes and create user manuals for SAP and other IT systems.
- Participate in testing and validation of SAP functionalities.
- Support IT security, backup, and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and propose tech-based solutions.
- Contribute to automation and digitization projects within manufacturing and supply chain operations
