Eligibility Criteria for Wipro Off Campus Drive 2026:
- BE/ B.Tech in Computers/ IT/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering; MCA
- 2025 Batch passed out
- Service Agreement 12 Months of Service Agreement
Responsibilities:
- Process all activities related to client benefits plans as set up in WIPRO’S, meeting and exceeding client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Configure and test the WIPRO’S System using proprietary tools, including setting up tables/parameters as defined by analysis.
- Prepare and execute test cases, document configurations, and fix issues identified during testing.
- Review client requirements, ask clarifying questions, and adhere to delivery priorities and deadlines.
- Ensure knowledge of client plan provisions and supporting documentation is current and updated.
- Follow all predefined procedures, process guidelines, and performance parameters.
- Participate in daily huddles, status meetings, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Adapt to new/ad hoc tasks and changing priorities to meet client/internal goals.
- Seek and accept feedback from coaches and mentors to enhance knowledge and capabilities.
- Create/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with supporting groups to enhance procedures and eliminate wastage.
- Escalate issues when appropriate and utilise problem-solving resources as needed.
- Effectively manage tasks, prioritise, and proactively update status to managers.
Technical & Quality Skills
- Good computer operating skills (MS Office Applications).
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles/concepts.
- Understanding of system testing, software quality assurance, and automation testing principles.
- Ability to write and troubleshoot intermediate SQL queries and apply basic relational database concepts.
- Experience with systems implementations and transaction processing (preferred).
- Ability to tie test plans to real-time customer impact and think beyond provided test cases.
