Eligibility Criteria for Zepto Off Campus Drive 2026:
- Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT operations (multi-site experience preferred).
- Exposure to retail, e-commerce, or logistics industry (preferred).
Job Description:
Role overview:
- Manage and oversee IT operations across Darkstores and MotherHubs in the assigned city/region.
- Ensure seamless IT infrastructure, high uptime, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily IT operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Visit sites for incident-based support and ensure quick resolution.
- Act as primary POC for all IT escalations from stores and hubs.
- Coordinate with central IT teams for complex issues.
- Support new store and hub launches (implementation & deployment).
- Manage network infrastructure, uptime, and ISP coordination.
- Oversee IT asset management (laptops, desktops, HHDs, printers, scanners, network devices).
- Monitor asset tracking, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
- Handle vendor management, training, and performance evaluation.
- Identify security risks, coordinate patches, and ensure compliance.
- Provide BAU support across all operational locations.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, routing, switching, SD-WAN.
- Familiarity with ITIL / IT service management tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles & practices.
- Experience with asset management systems.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving & analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-centric approach.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Availability for on-call support for critical incidents.
