Eligibility Criteria For CaratLane Off Campus Drive 2026:
Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
- B.Tech/ BE Degree in Mechanical/ Automobile
- 60% above in academics (10th, 12th, UG PG – No backlogs in any semester)
- Excellent English communication
- Good Presentation Skills
- Global internship/project experience in automotive industry is preferred for applications.
- Ready for 2 Year Trainee Agreement
- Ready for 2 Year Training agreement (Only if the training is scheduled in Germany for a designated period)
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Machine Design, Strength of material, Material theory.
- Projects related to automobile.
- Exposure of state and national level competitions like SAE BAJA etc.
- Good understanding of various mechanical design, Manufacturing Processes, and Automotive materials
- Good Understanding of Automotive Aggregates and systems
- Flexibility for international travel.
Good to Have: - CATIA V5
- Knowledge of German language (Not Mandatory)
Post Graduate Engineer Trainee (PGET)
- M.Tech/ ME in ETC/ Electronics/ Mechatronics
- 60% above in academics (10th, 12th, UG PG – No backlogs in any semester)
- Excellent English communication
- Good Presentation Skills
- Global internship/project experience in automotive industry is preferred for applications.
- Ready for 2 Year Trainee Agreement

Requirements:
- Good knowledge in Electronic/ Electrical design principles
- Understanding of Engine Domain
- Knowledge of Microcontrollers, Microprocessors Interfaces
- Knowledge on Signal processing software systems
- Good knowledge on Real-time Systems/Embedded systems
- Good knowledge of communications protocols (CAN, CCP and UDS)
- Software skills: C programming , python scripting, office tools
- Good understanding various Software Testing levels and Test automation scripting Understanding of Functional testing on SIL, HIL environment (related to various Automotive ECUs)
- Knowledge of CAN, ECU Flashing, Diagnostic testing
