Eligibility Criteria For High Explosives Factory Recruitment 2026:
Engineering Graduate Apprentices:
- Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical & Electrical) from a recognised University.
Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices:
- Degree in Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Computer Applications, Bachelor of Business Administration, or Bachelor of Management Science.
Diploma (Technician) Apprentices:
- Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical & Electrical) from the State Board of Technical Education.
Notes:
- Only Freshly Pass Out students of the trade / discipline notified above are eligible for apprenticeship training for up to 4 years after passing their degree/diploma as on the last date for receipt of applications.
- Engineering Graduate, General Stream Graduates and Diploma holders who had training or job experience for a period of one year or more after attaining/acquiring the essential qualification shall NOT be eligible to be engaged as an apprentice under the Act.

- Engineering Graduate Apprentices (Chemical, Mechanical & Electrical): 20 Posts
- Diploma (Technician) Apprentices (Chemical, Mechanical & Electrical): 20 Posts
- Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices (General Stream): 50 Posts
Stipend Details:
- Engineering/Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices: Rs. 12,300/- PM
- Diploma (Technician) Apprentices: Rs. 10,900/- PM
Selection process For High Explosives Factory Recruitment 2026:
- Selection will be made on the basis of a merit list prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the final year examination i.e., percentage for Engineering Graduates/Non-Engineering Graduates/ Technician Diploma.
- Candidates found eligible in Document Verification will be called for Medical Examination before joining after receipt of satisfactory online Police Clearance Certificates (PVRs) and Verification of Character antecedents.
- Candidates found FIT in the Medical Examination will be issued joining letter for Apprenticeship Training.
