Job Description:
- Providing level 1/1.5 support to users contacting Service Desk.
- Adherence to defined Ms Amlin procedures as documented in Knowledge Management database .
- A professional approach in both verbal and written communications . Identify improvements to ways of working .
- Possess demonstrable knowledge of modern IT workplace applications
- Technical and Professional Requirements: Experience of using appropriate IT technology, methods, principles and equipment such as: . Office 365 . Microsoft Office products . Citrix . Win8 / Win10 . Telephony Systems – TBD . Active Directory . MS SharePoint . ServiceNow.
- Desirable ITIL Foundation skills: Identify and propose continual service improvements to ways of working and support processes to line manager
